Your Neighbor. Your Voice.
I run CJ's Construction & Electric and Vargas Boxing right here in Sioux Falls. My business philosophy is simple: provide quality service and treat every customer like a friend. I want to bring that same approach to this office — listen first, then act.
Sioux Falls is where I found my purpose. I came here with a rough background, and this community helped me build something real. That means everything to me, and it's why I want to serve.
As Precinct Committeeman for Precinct 5-18, I'll do my best to educate our neighbors about their political power, raise the real issues we face where they need to be heard, and work toward making sure this precinct has a genuine voice — not just on paper.
Small Business Owner
Running a local business in Sioux Falls — I understand the tax burden and what it takes to serve customers well.
Sioux Falls Community
District 15 is home. I know the neighborhoods around 10th Street and the people who live and work here.
Service-Driven
Motivated by faith and a genuine desire to help people. Sioux Falls gave me a second chance — I want to give back.
Straight Talk
I won't say the right things just to get elected. I'll listen, follow through, and be honest with you.
What Matters in Precinct 5-18
These are the real issues our neighbors face. As Precinct Committeeman, I will raise these concerns and advocate for practical action on each one.
Homeless Population
Our precinct is being overwhelmed by an influx of homeless individuals from outside the area seeking resources. Local residents who need help are getting crowded out. We need practical solutions, not just sympathy.
Small Business Relief
The county tax burden on small businesses is too heavy. As a small business owner myself, I know what it costs — and I'll raise these concerns and advocate for reducing that load so local businesses can thrive.
Snow Removal
Alleys in our precinct need better snow pickup. Access to public snow dumping locations is a persistent problem. These are basic services our neighbors deserve.
Voter Education
Most people don't know how much power they actually have at the local level. I'll work to develop educational materials — print, digital, and audio — to help common citizens understand and use that power.
Voter Registration
We need a registration drive in Precinct 5-18. Too many of our neighbors aren't registered or don't know how to get involved. I'll do my best to make it easier.
Real Representation
I won't just show up at party meetings and say the right things. I'll raise the actual concerns of Precinct 5-18 residents with party leadership and advocate for real follow-through.
